Awful hotel
Wouldnt let me check in with my 16 year old daughter without ID for her, we travel all over the country and never been asked for this, dont carry her passport around with us. 10pm at night i had to ask my neighbour to go in my house and send me a picture of her passport. If we was pre warned or asked in a email we would of been prepared, as there is nothing to state children need ID. Will never stay here again
I am regular at this hotel and usually there are some members of staff who ensure you have a beautiful room with a view and they go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. Unfortunately this time we received a substandard room. Despite paying alot of money for executive double room the bed was two single mattresses held together with one sheet which separated as we slept on it and hurt our backs. The heating did not work, balcony door would not close and the TV displayed a black screen. Although they sent a guy to check out the issues the balcony door had to remain open all night. We reported these issues to front desk and asked to be moved to another room as all the balcony executive rooms were unbooked that night. The front desk staff stated they would call to change the room but we did not receive a call. I spoke to manager the next morning who was incredibly rude, racist and sexist despite our compliants no apology was given. He judged us based on how who we are and therefore gave us substandard customer service due to his own prejudices. We will not stay her again as we have paid alot money to have a good room and the staff treated us with absolute contempt due to our race and gender. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like your life is worthless.

We went to a gig in the o2 and had to stay in London so we booked a windowless room for try and be conservative with money, however we got there and the whole hotels air conditioning is basically non existent it was red hot in there and it was only the beginning of may, went to reception to upgrade to a better room which they agreed we paid £100 more to have a top bloke room with a balcony, although we could actually open the door the room was still very dated, air con didn’t work. Was an ok room for the night but we wouldn’t return to this hotel
that day I’ve stayed London was 20 degrees albeit the room temperature is set at 25 and cannot be change as they said the air conditioning was set centrally and it was broke.it was hassle that i sleep with open windows, with another building overlooking at me, and with the noise of the cars passing at night. The carpet of the room was dusty, and the bathroom water is strongly chlorinated.. i won’t recommend!

Good stay! Close to shops and amenities.
We paid extra for a room with a window which is a little disappointing and frustrating as the view was of a construction site.
There is a bar, restaurant space downstairs that overlooks the river. A nice place to have a chat or sip on a drink from the bar.
The hotel room was clean albeit slightly old fashioned. Had a chandelier in the room. Very dramatic. Mini toiletries were provided. There was a desk and multiple sets of drawers for storage.
I would recommend the stay as it was convenient for shops and restaurants. A short 10 minute walk away from multiple malls (Canada place, Cabot place, jubilee) in Canary Wharf.
The room felt very outdated, with old furniture. While it had a desk and all the necessary amenities, the overall impression was cheap and uninspired. Breakfast was underwhelming—the croissants seemed thick and stale, possibly several days old. However, the eggs were great!
Sadly our stay wasn’t great, the first room had a awful noise constant so we were moved to another only to have the room next door having a rave into 3am in the morning resulting in no sleep.
It’s poor room with no network and cooler or fan
And have to say this your reception staff is i feel arrogant and not customer friendly…. They even dont facing.
Sorry to say this
