Complaint Regarding uncomfortable room temperatur

I expect a comfortable environment during my stay, regarding the temperature with weather. No windows, no air conditioning in my room. They provide a small table fun which is not acceptable. I went to reception speak to the manager for refund. He refused to do that. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how you plan to address this concern.

Decent hotel very out of date rooms and hard bed but good location for the o2, can’t really justify £190 though.

Stayed in an economy room in the sub basement. Room was fine. Wifi was terrible and got no cell service down there, so working online proved to be impossible during my stay. Hotel was very nice, but the separate elevator for those of us down in steerage was a bit demeaning, and connectivity was awful. Probably better if you’re in one of their rooms above ground.

The hotel was located well and had some beautiful restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are a little dated and the shower in our room was broken, kept falling down off the holder. But the staff were lovely, and overall we had a lovely stay.

Small but mighty

Even though it is a small hotel compared to surrounding buildings the staff were friendly and helpful welcoming food pizza was delicious The room was very spacious clean but could do with a little TLs for furniture and doors Bed was little hard but find for me Air conditioning is good as no windows opened and a fan provided Would definitely stay again It a little gem

Bad Experience and Not Necessary

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights, and it is not the first time we have stayed at the International Hotel. However on this particular occasion our visit was tainted by the way I was treated on the second night of our stay. My wife and I had been out for a nice evening and returned to the hotel and had a drink at the bar. We then ordered a couple more drinks to take up to the room. A person ahead of me ordered a drink, then went on his phone and didn't complete the purchase via the card reader. I was then asked to pay for my drinks, which I did, and got confirmation from the bar staff that the transaction had gone through. We then went to our room, however about 45 minutes later, there was a knock at our door, however when I got there, no one was visible. A couple of minutes later there was a further knock on the door and I was greeted by the duty manager and a security guard. The time was around midnight. I was then asked to go with them to the bar as they said I hadn't paid for my drinks. They then escorted me right to the bar to ensure I paid what they said was owing. This in my opinion was bang out of order and unnecessary, especially given the time. I was then made to pay again for my drinks, which I did, and this time I was given a receipt. Whatever the reason, I believe I was treated terribly and there was no need for the manager and security guard to escort me to the bar, as I had personally done nothing wrong, the hotel staff had. Left a very sour taste.
