Can tell it's a 4*

Room decent size and clean. There was a cold breeze from somewhere, even with heating on and windows shut. TV contrast was wrong (as we didn't really use it didn't bother us). Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food and it tasted good. 2 minutes walk from Bond Street Station so location was excellent (we chose the hotel as 5 to 10min walk from london palladium).

Family break

Amazing location - so near to the shops and with some great eateries nearby too. The room was spacious and felt really cosy and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. The only minor complaint we have is that we felt breakfast was a little overpriced for the quality, but there was plenty on offer.

Hotel is very dated. The WiFi did not work during my stay which in turn meant that the TV also did not work. Had to check out 1 night early to find another hotel. Would not stay again.

Every member of staff we met was excellent from check in to checking out! … very polite and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Location of this hotel is perfect for shopping in Bond Street, Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street. Bond Street underground no more than a 10 minute walk away so accessing other parts of London was easy.

Has a very friendly atmosphere with very efficient staff. Much less 'remote' than the bigger hotels. Good dinner at the Reform Grill. Comfortable and quiet overnight.
