There's a restaurant on site, as well as a snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. The Premier Notting Hill also features tour/ticket assistance, concierge services, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning was excellent, and the room was very cozy. A minor inconvenience was the bathroom's accessibility via stairs. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!
Nice room, convenient bathroom, very friendly and helpfull staff. Savio is the best receptionist i saw in London so far. Wifi is fast, room is warm and there is everything you need after a long day in London. Perfect location
A friend and I booked this hotel in August 2014 to stay there during the Notting Hill carnival. We had booked a double room with 2 beds for 4 nights (with hotels.com). When we arrived, they told us the hotel was full and they tried to moved us in a another hotel, in a different location, far from Notting Hill. But we had selected this hotel because of it's location, very near to the carnival, therefore we refused to move to another location. In order to accomodate us, they gave each of us a single bed room. These rooms were awful! Extremely small. (I wish I could post pics because you'd be tripping) A small window would open on a ventilation shaft so if you'd open it it would smell frying oĂŻl and food... My mattress was way too soft but i was still able to sleep. But my friends matress was so soft that it would kind of collapse in the middle and she wasn't able to sleep properly and woke up with a backache. The next day we asked them to give us the room we had really booked. They finally gave us a very nice room with a real window and good matresses. Still, the price is too expensive for what it is...
