We rented two rooms. One had new bedding and was mostly clean. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. We had to get sheets for the pull out couch. Someone else also needed bedding provided for the pull out couch and coffee. These must be upon request only. The second room we rented was not cleaned. Bedding was hanging off the beds. The couch was torn apart. Cleaning products were on the bathroom counter. All the lights were on. This is all I could see from the door. I was afraid to enter as I might find a person there. We only ended up needing one room so the office refunded one room and waived the cancelation fee. I feel that was the least they should have done. No over and above here. The only good things I can say. The rooms are spacious and the lobby is beautiful. I would not stay here again.

For breakfast they only had oatmeal & toast. There was a dirty towel still in the shower & they only gave us 1 face towel. But other than that the property was nice & the rooms were nice. I’ve never been to a hotel that had the split wall in between. I think was really a great addition & what drew my attention to the hotel to begin with.

I’ve been coming for years, and love the hotel. I checked in and got put in a corner room and had a ton of things to unpack and work on. The morning after check in, I had someone open my door with a key card. At first I thought it was housekeeping and I said “no thank you”. And since the door was also bolted with the hook, I figured they would leave. However, the intruder used his shoulder to bust it open to gain access to the room. I was not dressed or ready for the encounter, and had no idea who this man was. Turns out he was a construction worker who was scheduled to work on the room. I told him he had the wrong room. Shortly after I had someone from the front desk come up to ask me to move, and I said sorry, I already unpacked. Shortly after that her manager called me to tell me I had to move and left a cart for me to move outside my door to my new room. The staff felt bad and did their best to explain the situation and apologize, and I also think I may have got a small discount on my next stay, but not planning for a major construction project like this is amateur at best. It took me another hour to load up all my work gear, clothes, etc. and then unpack them after my intimate encounter with the construction guy. So, I’ll bid and fond adieu to the once trusty Aqua Soleil. We had some good times, but the customer experience has definitely deteriorated.
