Safe space to weather recent storms

Great space; clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful (especially Favian) from answering questions, to check-in, to replacing things in the room (body wash ran out in the shower), to fixing an accidental parking charge.

Overall the facility was great; however, the rugs in the rooms need to be shampoo'd. Our white socks were black on the bottom and my grandsons gray sweat pants the knees were black from hin playing on the floor.
