My only comments would be that there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was no additional mirror in the room, other than the bathroom. I will definitely say staff was friendly and accommodating. BUT False advertising: They say breakfast with a "fee" and restaurant. It was Denny's next door at full Denny's prices. False advertising. Premise parking. Then charged us CA tax to parking. Spaces were large enough for compact cars, or you had to get in/out on one side of the vehicle. Bath soap dispenser was empty. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay and had to request towels. Outside doors weren't locked and someone was sleeping in the hallway. Went to the spa - no towels. Very disappointing for a Best Western and we never write bad reviews.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly, but there was nothing great that would lead me to stay there again. Listing a 'bar/lounge' under amenities is deceiving- there isn't any dining or bar or breakfast on the property- there is a Denny's right next door which is apparently what they are referring to when they state those items- not a place we were interested in hanging out. Also, charging for parking is a negative- there is plenty of parking on site so it doesn't seem right to charge for it.
