Cheerful four bedroom house with charming view!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Great Vacation house! heating pool and jacuzzi. Amazing view to Santa Clarita mountains. Come and enjoy barbecue with your family or friends. Enjoy the view and relax in the pool. Get covered from the sun under gazebo by the pool. Gazebo has water misters too. Three king size luxury and one twin on full bunk beds are available for sleep also the large couch. NO parties and no loud music after 8 pm. Quite neighborhood so please do nothing crazy :) In addition two air mattresses available, total guests can reach to 13.

Check in is flexible, if there’s no guests in the house.
-Quiet hours starts at 8:00 pm and ends at 8:00 am.
-No Smoking of any kind including vaping
inside the house and within 10 feet from the building. If this rule is broken a $200 fee will apply.
-NO drug use allowed in the property.
-Indoor Fireplace can be used, however NO wood log can be added. This fireplace uses a fake log and it is a gas fireplace. If wood is
used instead a $1000 damage fee will be
charged for damages.
-Absolutely no bubbles, gels of any sort
allowed in the hot tub and pool. If this rule is broken a $300 fee will apply.
- Do not take any items around from
the Garage.
-No shooting of any types of guns,
weaponry, including archery is permitted.
-Please do not move furniture around.
-Please leave the house in a condition similar to how you found it. House left excessively dirty will have an extra $50 charge for
cleaning.
-Do not damage any items in the house. Any damages made to the house are going to be charged with the whole item cost.
-No burning candles
-No hair dyes
-No nail polish
-No unsupervised children and teenagers
around the pool area. Deep side of the pool has 8 ft depth so be careful and keep in mind before going to the pool.
-Maximum guests allowed is 10 any extra
guests brought to the house without the
knowledge of the hosts will cost $250 per
night per guest and an extra $50 for the
cleaning fee. Guests will be subject to
eviction!
-Pool heating cost 100$ a day. Jacuzzi heating 50$. Guests who heat the pool or Jacuzzi without the knowledge of the hosts will be charged $300 per day. -NO glass around the pool area.
-Please notify us of any broken item in
the house
-Check out is at 11:00am ( unless previously
arranged with host) if you are not out by
11:00am you will be charged $25 per 15
minutes.
Breaking any of these rules could result in
immediate termination of the booking.
When you leave, please ensure the following
simple tasks are done.
1. Take the trash out and place them in the
trash bins, which is in the side area of the house.
Grey bin is for trash and green led bin is for
recyclable materials such as paper and some plastics. No plastic bags. Cans and bottles can be placed in the black recycle bin.
2. Place all used towels inside the hamper in the garage where the laundry settled.
3.Clean all dishes and run the dishwasher.
(DO NOT PUT POTS AND PANS IN
DISHWASHER)
4. Make sure spa heater is OFF
5.Make sure all the electronics in the house are off.
6. Close all windows and sliding doors
7. Lock all doors to the home
8. Lock the front door with your key and place the key in the lock box.

It was a great location, and felt safe and clean. Could use a little maintenance, around pool. (and a few more amenities like paper towels, pizza pan would have been nice) But definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The house is spacious and was perfect for our larger multi family. The upstairs bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows. Plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and had plenty of chairs. 4 kids slept on the sofas and 2 queen air mattresses in the living room, with plenty of space to walk around. Pool and spa were nice and warm and the exterior is a lovely space! 10 out of 10! Excellent property and location!

Great location, good property size. needs some upkeep - cracked floors, ceilings, pool tiles, there was still trash in the kitchen garbage bin. We had to mop/sweep/vacuum the whole house because it was still dirty. There was still dirty laundry in the hamper and washer.

Perfect for families

We enjoyed our stay here with our two teenagers and mother-in-law during spring break. Very clean home, comfy beds and nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive as well.

Great stay!! Incredible communication and the host was very accommodating to help us out. I was traveling with my mother-in-law, mom, sister in laws, daughter and her 3 children for a family event. We are very appreciative, we enjoyed the pool and would definitely stay again.

Great Host

The host is a pleasure to deal with and the property had amazing views. We were only there two days so we didn’t get to use the pool or spa. The property has been updated and the floorplan is a great layout. Thank you for your hospitality.

Family Reunion/Christmas Trip

The home is in a lovely, residential neighborhood with plenty of parking. Coming from Wisconsin in December, we especially enjoyed the outdoor space with ample seating for our family of 11 around the pool and hot tub and the beautiful view of the mountains. The owners were so pleasant and immediately responsive to our every need and bent over backwards to ensure that we had what we needed for our family Christmas. Great hosts!

The home was absolutely beautiful and very inviting.

We enjoyed ourselves. The only improvement is they need to attend to to pest control. We observed many spiders and an obvious rodent issue.

Clean house

Our recent stay was overall quite enjoyable. The house was clean, and the pool was a fantastic feature. However, there weren't enough towels provided for our group of 10 people. Despite this issue, we still had a pleasant stay and made the most of our time at the rental.

Family Time

The house was very nice and clean which i appreciate. Pool is very inviting nice back yard just didnt get to use very much in our short stay.something that would be a plus in the home would be a bigger trash can in the kitchen for those who stay longer and a top sheet on the beds otherwise everything else was great ! Anna is a great host she responded quickly to all my needs. I would recommend this home .

Mixed review

The goal for the home rental was a swimming pool and close proximity to Magic Mountain. The rental was perfect for that goal. The weather was amazing and my kids had a blast in the pool with a great view. The neighborhood is very safe. The bummer is that the house smelled like cigarette smoke, the upstairs toilet did not flush, and the stove top did not turn on.

Reasonable Property

The host was super responsive and we're grateful for that. The house was very useable but the pool had parts of the edging that were broken and unstable. Our kids were old enough to be fine but would be cautious with younger kids. Kitchen is only moderately stocked for actual cooking.

Deserving Man Celebration

This was a weekend full of fun and joy celebrating my cousin 60th birthday . Again the house was clean and the host was very supportive for our event. My only regret was the weather but fortunately the house compensate for indoor comradery . For sure this is my go to home in California pray fully my next visit will be better weather. Can’t wait to enjoy the pool.

Perfect Short Cali Trip

Even before we booked this property, Anna the host responded quickly, within a timely manner and was receptive to any/all questions I had. This trip to Cali was for my girls and I to spend some time together in remembrance of my late husband that passed on Aug 18, 2020. The girls spent essentially both days out by the pool together. The gazebo has misters which worked out awesome for our time by the pool, and it lights up at night. This was just what we all needed. Check in/check out was smooth, and Anna was available for any questions for our entire stay. My girls have already decided they’d like to stay at Anna’s house again for our next Cali visit.

Roomy and Quiet Location

Nice open views from backyard. Patio table and shader. Plenty of room inside house, each room is separated from the other, gas fire place, garage parking available, large kitchen and dining area, several choices of coffee. Anna always responded back quickly to my questions.Helpful Improvements: Spa instructions with reference pics to operate spa jets & heat. Additional supplies in kitchen such as paper towels and pot holders. Having bathroom shower shampoo & conditioner dispensers, only one small, one-use tube of each was provided in each bathroom. A blow dryer in each full bathroom.

Bees everywhere. Do not book if you're planning on bringing children.

The property was infested with bees. There is a huge bee hive on the right side of the house. When I notified the host, she told me that there's no bees in the property and to keep the doors of the house closed. Because of this, my kids were not able to use the pool or the backyard. This is extremely hazardous for guests, especially for children. Also, two thousand dollars for two nights and the house didn't even have proper supplies. Last, the host charged me a fee of $200 for a glass bowl that she said was left broken. This is the first time I have to write a bad review on on property, but other guests need to be aware.
