The issue comes down to the high speed internet that you pay for. It’s just awful. I work in gaming and need a strong connection and every time I stay at any Marriott hotel, the connection (that you have to pay an additional $5 for) is so unstable. It can take up to 45 minutes to launch a game. I’ve recently started to stay at VRBOs because people have lightyears better internet speeds and stability at their own units. This is the 21st century and having shoddy internet at a hotel you pay $600 for over the course of a weekend is a ripoff.

Staff was rude & not very knowledgeable. We had a fire evacuation when I stayed and no one gave direction or information on what to do! I was scared for my safety! Still to this day no one gas reached out! Never staying there again in life!
