The property doesn't look like in the pictures. The pictures in the website are nicer, the room they give me was old carpet, with holes of wear and tear and that room had a bad smell. I went down stairs to get a different room. And they give me a better one

I called for the shuttle to pick me up at the Long Beach airport at 11am on Saturday 10-18-25, I was told a shuttle will there in 10 minutes, no one showed up by 11:30, I called customer service again and was placed on hold while they contacted the driver, they was unable to contact the driver, I was then told a cab would be sent to pick me up, that never happened, I called an uber at 12pm to get to the hotel. I was not happy at all, that I received the runaround and had to pay to get to the hotel.

I have a 7AM flight out of LGB airport (there are 4 flights that depart before 7:15). That means doors close at 6:45. Found out at check-in that their shuttle does not start until 6:00! No way you can cut it that close. Don’t stay there if you have an early flight. Cost me $26 to use Lyft.
