Staff, room, steam room, sauna, hot tub, pool and eucalyptus towels were a hit! Comfy bed. Area has lots of homeless. Noise from train/busses a little. Very convenient location for convention and many dining options.

The staff were super helpful. There wasn't as much outside noise as some of the other reviews made me think there would be. Beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, and if you're taking a Carnival Cruise the hotel is across the street from Carnival's free shuttle to the port. We would definitely stay here again.

You must know that the parking lot inside the hotel is small. But just next right is a public one. If you are traveling with car may cause a trouble. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign inside my room. People was kind and with great service.

This was a great little spot with cool style and a very easy location. Walkable to convention center and shoreline park area. The room was great; clean, and comfortable. The only small issue was on the listing it said parking was included but when we got there found out it was an additional $20 a day. Not a huge deal though, as we felt really safe leaving our car there for the day and it was good peace of mind knowing it was protected. More of just an fyi / heads up. Would definitely stay there again!

Weekend family trip. We were close enough to walk to the beach and even a few restaurants. Private patio where I was able to enjoy my coffee in the morning was nice. Busy area, but it was not too noisy. Would stay here again but maybe in a suite next time I'm with the family.

This is a No frills hotel, smack dead in the roughest part of downtown. However, the customer service was top tier. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was always hot! Oh and the AC was COLD. Housekeeping was great. The balcony was a plus, if you’re ok looking at a garage or buses. None the less it had a pool and gym and the snack machine stayed pretty stocked. Enjoyed my stay, but realized it do need the frills of a regular hotel, so likely wouldn’t stay again especially alone.
