Staff when we arrived were not helpful. We had the reservations for a couple of months but refused to give us anything we asked for. We were traveling with my sister and they said they didn't have adjoining rooms. They had three bus loads of people they catered to. We had to ask twice for towels. There was no bath soap in the dispenser. There was a cockroach in our room. The grounds on the outside needed to be attended to.

I used two dryers on the property and it did not dry my clothes and they charged $4.00 to dry clothes when I addressed the situation with staff they informed me that they do not give refunds as well as my room was half cleaned when I checked in never again will I stay at this property it was the worse La Quinta I ever lodged at

When we got there the person and check out told us that we couldn't get the rooms that we wanted which was third floor or above away from freeway side because they had a large group of people. So not happy about that since we had done our reservations ahead of time then my niece checked in later and she got a room on the 4th floor away from the freeway???

The only problem is that their WiFi has no password. I gambled and connected to it with my phone. The next day it bricked with a virus and had to be factory reset. I lost all the stuff that was just on the phone. Lesson learned. Never connect to WiFi that has no password.

Booked because of the name La Quinta but it was more La Ghetto. Very dated and not very clean, as far as upkeep. It needs a lot of work and very surprised that La Quinta would put their name on it. The only good thing about the room was the bed, very comfortable. The room itself was ok but the bathroom needs some work. The toilet had a lid on it from a different style, made me chuckle when I saw it. The caulking around the tile in the tub was pealing, The tub itself is slippery and stained.

we did not stay. we left; we specifically requested with hotel where room will face as we stayed there before; they made comments in request; when we arrived we were told to wait as room was not ready and to come back in half an hour. we came back another employee "could not see" notes and gave us a bad room we came back and were told to wait unknown period of time as room not available
