This property needs a serious upgrade. My room barely had hot water in the shower. The ceiling had patched holes, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed because the bar holding it wasn't balanced, & the free breakfast was mediocre. There were bums & shady people also hanging around the hotel. If they read this, please invest A LOT of money in upgrading this hotel.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. The good: The parking was easy to find and convenient. Our room was a decent size, which made it feel more comfortable. However, there were several issues that stood out. First, the room did not match the photos in the ad at all—especially the shower, which looked completely different and much older. Even worse, there were bugs on the walls, which made the stay uncomfortable. We also had issues with our key not working properly, which was frustrating. One of the main reasons we chose this location was because the ad said there was a casino in the building. That turned out to be false—there was no casino anywhere on the property. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and I wouldn’t recommend it unless improvements are made.

Stayed for 3 nights. Although close to the airport & plane noise outside, inside is pretty quiet. Good room service, plenty of clean towels & all necessities are well met. Parking fee was something I was not aware of this place. One thing that kind of stuck during breakfast was that they carry hot food in thin plastic bags from the kitchen to the breakfast room, so my family could not enjoy omelets & patties. Management: Please train staff to use better quality silverware instead of flimsy plastic to carry hot foods.

A mixed stay.

The hotel is a mix of updated and vintage late 70's complete with non functioning jacuzzi tub and original beige bathroom tile. It was obvious that money has been spent on partial renovations such as all the furniture in the room which was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable though the carpet was a little stained and a bit suspect and old feeling. The breakfast was surprisingly good for this level of motel with a nice variety of hot foods and real bagels, not the pre-packaged ones normally found. The main issue that we at least had, was with room maintenance such as a very noisy air conditioner, bedside light that strobed when on and a loose shower/tub faucet. Not deal breakers but showed a lack of overall hotel maintenance concern. The front desk staff were super friendly and promised to report the issues we had.

Horrible stay

The area was filthy - rooms are worn down out dated! You couldn’t tell if they had been clean or not and honestly wouldn’t make a difference- hotel need to be town down . I checked in and stayed 5 min and left to a different hotel!!

The pricing was fair considering where it was located near LAX. What I didn’t like was that the parking spaces are to narrow and was difficult to get out of my truck. I drive a 2025 Silverado.
