The property showed pictures online making it look nice. As soon as i stepped into the roo. There was a wall with a patch job done that looked as if they just threw some drywall mudding to cover it. The bathtub was clogged so water would not go down. The wall paper in the bathroom was also falling down and there was rotting wood as well. They then offered me a second room. And the lights would not even turn on. Overall highly disappointed sonmuch i decided to not stay.
Room ordered wasnât available and then was given the worst room, stated by front desk staff, but was believed to be a upgrade but I reserved a deluxe king and was given a bare room with no amenities, breakfast wasnât even available as stated would be, and shower wasnât working and tub was horrible, and dirty, looked as if it wasnât cleaned in a while
IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IT IS ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE! The room was horrible. They put us in a room in the back of the motel where it was a bunch of drug addicts staying in the rooms with kids running around. There were patches in the walls. Our ceiling had a hole in it with a plastic bag sticking out of it..ROOM 212 BY THE WAY..go see for yourself. They didn't have towels in the room for us to shower nor rags...the tub is small and stained...the heater did NOT work...overall...this shouldn't even be a running motel!
