Day one the breakfast was delicious. I did not anticipate a good omelette. But I was wrong. The omelette was as good as some I have made myself. Day two the omelette was decent. The sides were not that great. The potatoes were cold and the sausage links were overcooked..
I attempted to attend the happy hour. Too many people. I would like to suggest additional bartenders or servers needed to make it run better. Due to the crowd I skipped the event.
Day one- room it was lacking soap. Given this was a suite I would expect the basics would be the room. Eventually got it on Day two.
Staff- this is an fyi for those answering emails. I never got a proper answer on the two emails I sent.
1st email on parking fees. I did not drive for my visit and wanted to confirm I would not be charged. A relatively easy question that could have been answered. Eventually it was answered by the clerk manning the check-in desk on Friday.
Second was on digital checkin- I had questions on this process since I had never used it. The website appeared to indicate this was an optional process folks could use for contactless arrival.
All I received was a verbatim response on using the digital process and not answering my question. I again inquired on the process when I checked in. “The process was not required after all” it would have been appreciated if someone responded to my concern earlier.
