Will never return. Worst customer service ever

Two.shuttles passed me without stopping as I waved at them. I caught a shuttle,but to the wrong Sonesta (why dont they tell you??). Then I called to ask how to get there and the desk clerk said he didnt know and had people to check in...and hung up. It cost me $20 and 2 hrs before I finally checked in. He gave me an 'accessible'bathroom which I did not want. I let the water run 5 minutes and it still was cold.Today I appeared for my 630am shuttle to airport and found that that same desk clerk did not put me down for any shuttle! The clerk on duty this morning was able to call a shuttle so I did not miss my flight. Truly the worst hotel experience I have ever.had. Highly recommended to AVOID this place.

The hotel room was clean . Ingrid was the front desk receptionist who checked me in and was very friendly and provided us all the information we needed. Alma the housekeeping who was assigned to our room left our room clean . Definitely recommend this hotel . It’s close to the airport and quick and easy to drop off your rental and be on time for your flight .

Yes very welcoming staff was great housekeeping was great the beds r comfortable very peaceful property yes they have breakfast it’s not free shuttles took some time I have to call once I arrived at the airport and when u check out they will hold your bags.
