Welcome home. Our home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. When you walk up to the property the first aspect you notice is the gate that surrounds the property 360°. Once you pass the gates the front yard is immaculately groomed by our professional gardener. The stairs lead up to the entrance where you are greeted by an all wood sitting area that reaches from floor to ceiling. The main door has the ring doorbell pro for an added security feature that opens to our foyer that looks directly at our large dining room. The dining room has custom wainscoting to provide a cozy feel while you entertain in the dining area. The dining area is currently furnished to seat six full size adults. If six is not enough the table has the ability to be extended to seat 12 individuals. As you walk to the kitchen you cannot help but notice the breath-taking views of Los Angeles experienced through our custom all wall windows both in front of the dining area.

The house has the August auto lock that syncs with your phone via the August app. Taking away the responsibility of a key. The auto feature allows you to check-in whenever you please.

The kitchen is fully upgraded including an oversized Samsung refrigerator, backless-four burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with Crisp, bright and classic, Corelle white dinnerware set. This versatile and timeless 18 piece set Includes: 6 each of the following: 10 1/4 inch plates, 6 3/4 inch plates, 18 ounce bowls, plus two 12 1/4 inch serving platters. The kitchen also has spoons, knives, forks, glasses, wine, and disposable cups. The kitchen also has a round breakfast table with four chairs.

The large one-bedroom downstairs features an antique credenza with a mounted 32” LED television that has the amazon 4k firestick. The mostly mirrored custom closet is intended to provide a full view before heading out to explore LA. The bedroom also has a desk and chair to provide for a quite focused experience for those that need to getaway.

The laundry room is located on the main level equipped with matching Kenmore Elite washer and dryer. There is a full bathroom on the main level with an all glass enclosed stand up shower above that a beautiful vanity and a full-sized mirror.

The main stairs lead up to the first half floor; this is your grand family room. The family room consists of two doors. One door that leads to our back yard and the second that leads to our balcony right off the family room. You are welcome to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings on the balcony that provide picturesque views for two. The grand family room has an oversized custom LA sofa couch with the ability to seat 8 adults. There is a chair and a half with a rocking chair if more seating is needed. The remote-controlled fireplace features an insert with adjustable flickering flames that can heat up to 400 square feet. Above the fireplace is a proper 65” Curved Samsung TV with Pioneer Elite surround sound with an aggressive bass.

Because of the population in Los Angeles land is limited for houses. This house has a great sized back yard that is in two levels. The first level is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and double wide stairs that lead up to a respectable sized second grass area. There is outdoor furnishing that seats 4 adults on the bench and 1 adult on each side chair for a total of 6 people.

On the third level we have the office. The office has built-in to store your books or pick from our library if you would like a new read. The office has dual 24” wide screen Samsung monitors to provide an ultimate viewing experience. The office also has a sofa that seats three.

There is a bathroom located in the hallway so that guests do not use the master bedrooms bathroom. The hallway bathroom consists of a tub and shower with a beautiful vanity and a full-sized mirror.

The two bedrooms on the second floor are fairly large. Hardwood floors throughout give them a fresh open feeling. Both rooms have large all mirrored closets. The second bedroom facing the city has built-ins in the closet to provide accurate organization.

Finally, the house leads you to our Master bedroom. Although the master bedroom is not as large as the other bedrooms the size sets the mood for a cozy more intimate feel. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a double vanity and tub equipped with a jacuzzi tub and shower.

The house has two parking spots located in the driveway and free parking is allowed on the street if you need space for more vehicles.

This house has been our own house since it was built in 2015. You will notice a cozy detailed touch to this house. We have rented out the guest suite on the lower level for a couple of years now and have maintained a super host status since we started. We are dedicated hosts who care about the LA community. We are now offering our whole house to accommodate those who are in need at the time of a pandemic.
