The room was great and decent until I went to use the restroom at night and a huge cockroach was on the sink. Huge! I did not use it. Left the light on and went to lay down. The next no morning, my partner didn’t see it and I used the restroom as normal. But as we were packing up, a huge cockroach on the side of the bed area! He took pictures. It was disgusting. I alerted the staff on the way out and they refunded the parking. I would’ve liked some additional discount for this. Not using the restroom all night, thinking about this. Otherwise, staff was nice and friendly. Bartender was great.

Amazing stay for the price! The hotel is super cute, trendy, convenient. Rooms were nice! We stayed here for our cruise out of Long Beach. It’s about a 20-25 mins drive. They have parking available for your stay if you want to leave your car there. I was really impressed with this hotel especially for the price.

The property is well maintained, the staff are helpful and friendly. The surrounding area was not safe to walk-for example to go across the street to get something at the store was not safe for a single person.

The hotel porperty itself is very nice once ypu get inside the gates. But the outside of the hotel and the surrounding area is extremely sketchy. Not safe at night or to be ng around by yourself. The hotel lobby and grounds are well kept and the pool area is beautiful. The room is was not too bad, nothing special but decent.
