This hotel is ok. The room was clean. The AC worked well. The pool area needs to be cleaned. The jacuzzi closed. The pool water was clean. I used the pool with my friends, it was great.
I made the reservation for 1 bedroom, when I got there around 4:20 pm, I was told they only had rooms with 2 beds and I would have to wait till 5:30 pm to get what I had reserved. I couldn’t wait because I was extremely exhausted so took whatever they gave me, I was told it was non smoking on the second floor. The receptionist did not provide any information on the hotel, I didn’t know where to take the stairs or elevator, I was lost in the premises and he still did not bother to guide me, very disappointed.
“Not a great experience. The front desk was not very guest‑friendly and even asked us to find a trolley ourselves to bring our luggage down from the second floor. Overall, service could be improved, and do not recommend this hotel.”
Check out is 1100am. Staff opened my door at 8am while i was still in bed. Unacceptable. If not for door latch i woukd have been as exposed as the moon... please address wuth staff
