Beautiful Tuscan Villa in Santa Monica, California.
Parking is in the driveway, one car.
Entrance: Front door, up the staircase to your private entrance.
Kitchen is fully equipped and opens up into the Living Room creating one large spacious room, great for Family Time. This wonderful space has panoramic views of the Santa Monica City and Ocean. Kitchen has Dish Washer, Large Refrigerator, Two counter tops, Microwave, stove, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Tea Pot and everything you will need.
Living Room has a big screen TV with a comfortable couch and two wing chairs. This couch turns into a Queen size bed and is brand new.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size Bed with bedding. Large Closet and two dressers with a balcony window for natural light which overlooks the West side of the City towards the beach.
Bedroom 2 had two twin beds with bedding. The two large size twin beds can be pushed together for a Queen size bed. Nice large closet and two Armoire.
Main Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub and a separate tiled shower.
Second Bathroom has beautiful tiled shower. There is 3 bedroom 3 bath. 3rd bathroom is on rooftop.
Breath taking Terrace with amazing views of Santa Monica Mountains and the Ocean with BBQ and an upper observation Deck.
Washer and Dryer.
The entire 2nd floor is rented has a private entrance.

Very cute home in a nice quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck. The 2 bedrooms in the main house were great for my husband and I and our teen girls. There is one shower in this part of the house (1 full bath and 1 1/2 bath with sink and toilet). (And a separate bathtub). Just past outdoor hall there’s another room which is mostly taken up by a bed. There’s an extra shower and toilet here. There are several steps up to the property and to your space which is the 2nd floor. None of this was an issue for us, but just FYI! Very clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thanks for the muffins and milk!

Property is in a great location, 1 block from cute shops and food. Overall, well located in the city for easier access to various attractions. Easy parking. Clean unit. We really enjoyed our stay, including the great view from the rooftop deck. We had one question while thefts and the owner was very responsive.

The location truly couldn’t be better—an easy walk to a great selection of upscale shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.The home itself is thoughtfully equipped, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked laundry room, which made longer stays feel effortless. One of the highlights was the lovely rooftop terrace—such a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and take in the surroundings.Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and a prime location.

Great location! Worked for our family of 6. The bedroom that is separate from the main unit has a pretty small bed. It is a “full” but pretty small for 2 adults. Other than that we had a great stay!

Large apartment in a great location with all of the necessary amenities. FYI one bedroom is entered from the private outdoor patio and not connected the main apartment (and cannot be locked) and the host seems to live downstairs- otherwise no surprises and hard to beat the space/ area for the price.

The host had fresh flowers on the table and a pastry when we arrived. She also had a half gallon of milk for us in the fridge. Loved the drinking water dispenser. The space was comfortable, roomy and a great location close to shops and restaurants. Whole Foods was just 1.5-2 blocks away. She had plenty of towels and we loved having the washer /dryer in the unit.

Absolutely, completely and totally a wonderful experience. The location is perfect. Many of my LA commended me for choosing such a great area, and they were right. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there are very good restaurants and cafes within a 4 block radius, ranging from full dining, wine bars and to go. (Btw, I recommend checking out the exceptional happy hour at Sogno Toscana). The apartment is spacious and well equipped. I especially enjoyed the patio, where I spent afternoons reading. Last but not least, Sara is a terrific host and was attentive to any questions I had. My wife and I travel a great deal (I have already been 2x to Europe including Switzerland, France, Italy and Norway in the 1H 2025). This location reminded me of a month long 2023 stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer/Cap Ferrat. Actually, the restaurants and shopping are better in Santa Monica!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The property was clean with plenty of room and the roof terrace was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Brilliant location just around the corner from lots of lovely coffee shops, restaurants etc. 20 min walk to the beach, 30 mins to SM centre so electric scooters/bikes you can pay as you go came in very handy.

Great walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping! House is very nice and comfortable! Only draw back was the number of stairs you have to climb to get to it! The home was well stocked with all necessities!
