Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the highway. Breakfast was good with the exceptoon of the eggs, but plenty of other things available to eat instead.

Outside, the exterior looks very appealing and clean but inside tells a different story. Floors were dirty in the hallway on 3rd floor. They had to move me to another room because 1st room, the heater did not work. 2nd room, horrible showers and water did not drain down so you had to take a shower in a puddle. Overall, I would not recommend this place to stay. For the same cost or even lower price, I should have stayed at the Hampton inn instead but decided to give Holiday Inn a try. That was a mistake I made by giving them a try.

Our trip was overall good. My grievances is this is the second time I have received rooms with obstructed window views. Not good. Also I booked three rooms and was not allow to be on the same floor with all my family. These issues are making me second guess the advantages of booking on the site as opposed to directly with the hotel.
