The staff is amazingly friendly and want everyone one to know how nice, friendly and helpful; they were. Owners or management needs to invest in the property. The Inn was old and nothing like the photo's on Expedia. The rooms are old, smell, lights broken, safe didn't work and probably just needed batteries. Bed linen was stained with black spots as well the comforter and the bathroom dirty. I was there for 1 night of business and the price was still $200.00 with taxes but would only return due to the staff

No hand towels, or wash cloths, the room was very small. They had small glasses, so we bought bigger ones for the room, and the maids took them.

Over all poor. Lobby was gross and the rooms were just okay. They never received they reservation from Travelocity. We had to call Travelocity and start over. Not a good experience!

I liked the staff , they were super friendly . Theo hotel was spotless and our room was kept cleaned everyday by the maids. The location of the hotel was awesome, so close to the downtown and the complimentary breakfast was really good.

We selected the Fairfield by Marriott for our 50th Anniversary in Cabo because of its location to downtown and beaches; having a swimming pool; an exercise room; and complimentary daily breakfast. We were delighted with all its amenities, cleanliness and staff. By the way, the breakfast offers an array of delicious dishes daily. We want to thank Janeth and Irene for surprising us with our decorated room in celebrating our 50th. It truly touched our hearts and the recommendation of Romeo y Juliete Restaurant our first night there was an excellent choice. Bless you two.
