Great house! Huge! Lots of amenities. Convenient to Loveland

We stayed at Wood Villa as a home base for our daughter's wedding. It was perfect for that purpose. Many bedrooms and beds, many bathrooms, great amenities. We enjoyed the home theater, ping pong, fussball and hot tub. It's conveniently located near the freeway and close to Loveland.

Great for a family of 10

The house had plenty of space for our family of 10 while we visited RMNP. We made most of our meals in the large and well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub, fire table, and game room got plenty of use in the evenings. Jason communicated very clearly all throughout the process.

Amazing Group / Family Rental

We were at this property over Christmas, 7 adults and 1 infant. There was plenty of space for all of us to get our own room, and still have the entire loft and one bedroom to spare. The pictures don’t depict the true size of the place, it’s quite large and spacious. The study was needed for work and was perfect to get away from everyone but still close enough to be part of the action. We loved our stay and will definitely use again if the whole family or a group needs to go back! Thanks for hosting!
