This is a temporary listing, as weâll be returning at the end of the year, so youâll be staying in a space thatâs truly lived-in, loved, and thoughtfully designed. Free parking on-site. Easy access to major roads including Alpine Road and North Second Street. Downtown Rockford is 10 minutes by car. Chicago O`Hare Airport is 90 minutes away. Rockford City Lines provides local bus service, and rideshare services are readily available.
Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).
Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as this is a residential neighborhood.
- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a mandatory $500 security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Note** The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

Other things to Note: - Absolutely no smoking; there`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. * Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest`s expense.
đïž Trash Collection Schedule & Holidays đïž Regular Schedule: Trash pickup is every Friday morning. Please place bins at the curb on Thursday night for collection.
Holiday Adjustments: If Friday is a holiday, trash pickup will be delayed by one day (Saturday instead of Friday).
If your checkout falls on Saturday after a holiday, please help by moving the bins to the curb before leaving.

â ïž Important: If the holiday falls on a weekend, trash pickup stays on the regular Friday schedule with no delays.
Thank you in advance for respecting our community and helping us serve you. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
There`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events - Unapproved Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $100.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with Noise detection monitors.
Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.
Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Please leave all sheets on the bed. We emphasize not to start any laundry. If linens are laundered by guests and subsequently damaged, we regretfully must charge for their replacement.
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
