She made me wait for half an hour, while she was attending calls and directing other customers to some other hotels as this lodge was sold out that night. She told me she is doing favor to me, by letting me check in. When asked for refund, they charged me again this time by mistake. So finally I was charged thrice and got refund though. But they wasted my time and I believe none of the receptionist know how to use online booking service system on computer, I do not have time for these silly corrections
