Freshly remodeled lake house has incredible views of Lime Lake. The sunsets are breathtaking. With Ellicotville only 20 minutes away, this is a great house for a getaway to enjoy the fall or winter! Boat is not included but one may be available to rent at the marina. Kayaks and fishing poles are available at the home for use on the lake.

Remote controlled gas fire place is on the covered patio but wood will need to be brought for a fire in the fire pit.
