Quaint, clean room

Very quaint hotel next to the water. Be cautious asking for a waterfront room... the hotel is waterfront but not all rooms are actually waterfront. Very clean hotel. Front desk staff were all super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend a get away to help unwind for a bit on the island that is automobile free (for the most part).

Extremely easy location- directly across from the ferry and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had a locked bike room for guests who bring their own bikes. Was a wonderful stay!

The Bicycle Inn is very conveniently located across the street from the Shepler Ferry Dock. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk. Our room was on the mezzanine which is a few steps up from the entrance and small lobby. We thought it could be noisy there but it was not. The lobby is the only public seating available and while comfortable it would be nice to have some outdoor seating. But we knew this when making the reservation and felt it was a trade off for the convenience of the location.The room itself was nice and the bathroom was huge with lots of counter space. We would recommend a stay here!

This building and rooms seem to be newly renovated and well appointed. The issue was street noise and front desk staff who were all in training and not knowledgeable as there was no supervisor with them. Our wake up call was never made this morning and housekeeping never completed at the time requested yesterday.
