"We didn’t realize there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. Coffee available downstairs, though. Walls are thin and doors and don’t go down to the floor, so you can hear everything everywhere. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the band on the second floor very clearly. But. The bed and the pillows were amazing!"

"Took 2 hours to check in- put in a room with broken door, key didn’t work, hole in wall, attitude from staff because they were booked. Then switched rooms attitude again, bathtub broken curtain dirty, pool and hot tub dirty and new key stopped working….never had so many problems in one visit…."

"I’ll start with the positive: beautiful view, the hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the breakfast was very good even though it’s not included. However, if you’re not on the top floor, you’ll hear people walking above you—the soundproofing is very poor, which really bothered me. Also, our room was facing an outdoor electric fire pit where a large, noisy family was gathered, and we could hear everything. I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet. "
