The dining staff were very nice but the hotel is very old and worn out. We spent 3 days there and the bathroom was dirty, beds were so hard and everything was worn out or broken and chipped.

Hotel was situated next to Greenbelt 3 so it was accessible to everything you need. Buffet breakfast was amazing with variety of options to choose from. The staff were amazing and cannot be faulted in any way. Overall, i highly recommend this place.

I had a very good time and everyone was very nice. The room was spotless the management‘s a little slow but they do come around. I’d recommend it for anybody. The pool was warm. The bed was very very hard all in all I give it 9.2.

We, more often than not, choose to stay at New World when we are staying in Manila/Makati. Typically this would just be for a single night prior to our flight abroad. And we usually book a club room. The staff at the club room check in desk and those serving in the club lounge were once again top notch. We will be back.
