Great location, quiet and clean

We booked for two weeks and had to leave 6 days into the trip due to a family emergency. The place was quiet and nice, 2 bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. TV room small, but for two people the recliners were awesome. Very comfy. The kitchen had pretty much everything but if you’re high maintenance that likes a full matching set of things, you won’t find that. That didn’t bother us. There was more stock of everything than what we needed. The master bedroom mattress could be updated and the air conditioner at night had a vibration that was noticeable enough we made sure it didn’t work much while we were up there sleeping.The place just transitioned to the new owners so I believe as pleasant as the new owners were during our communications, I can see them updating things for they seemed to be aimed to please. The pool area is nice and quiet overlooking the canal. The walk to the beach is quick and easy with some beach supplies in the closet. If you have more than two and gather by the tv (we were there for Super Bowl, March madness is coming up, etc..), it could be a little tight, but the dining living room area is quite large, had a sleeper couch and plenty of room for others to join you during your vacation. For two people, we would rent here again.
