For convenience, there is a half bathroom located off the living room. The open kitchen is stocked with modern appliances and all the cookware you’ll need, while barstool seating along the counter makes for easy, casual meals. A glass-top dining table sits near the patio doors, offering relaxing garden views while you dine.

Step outside to the enclosed patio, where a table and chairs beneath an overhead fan create the perfect space for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A private door opens directly to the lush tropical grounds of the community, so you're never far from a stroll under the palms.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a queen-sized bed, television, generous storage, and an en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
