Great for Families

House was beautiful and spotless! Super spacious, plenty of room to accommodate large families. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids, plus outdoor living space was a bonus. Right on the water for fishing and watching the sun rise. Garage had all beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler. Also had pool floats, bikes and a grill that were in great condition. We biked to Nautical bowls, Publix, and Dunkin almost every day. Gorgeous home!

This property amazing and exceed or expectations. The house was extremely clean inside and out. Dock was excellent and well maintained. Pool was spotless and crystal clear. Great House!!

Really enjoyed this extremely clean, nice and newer place on the island. The pool/patio area was a great place to relax after long days enjoying Marco. Location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the farmers market, park and some restaurants/shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break for a family of 6

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. They have every amenity you could want in a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. It was a great location as well. The bunk bed room was perfect for our 4 kids! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Place!

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the deep swimming pool and hot tub. The shower is also very nice with great water pressure. The home is lovely. We would stay here again in the future.

As Advertised - The Little Things Matter

Extended weekend away for some relaxation. All of the things that seem small really impressed us! Yeti cooler for the beach, Sonos whole house speakers, all the beach chairs and umbrellas you could need, and more than adequately stocked kitchen. Beds and bathrooms all on point and comfortable. Sliding three panel patio door was a pleasant surprise. Decor was perfect!

Pure Joy at Camp Joy

Wow! This home was absolutely perfect. Our hosts were so accommodating and even allowed us to add an extra night at the last minute. The listing was accurate and the house had even more amenities than we could've imagined. The appliances are all very high end and made for a fun cooking experience. There were many beach chairs, a wagon, floats and paddle boards...these are just some of the amenities. Our daughters loved the pool and hot tub. We all loved eating lunch on the patio watching the outdoor tv. Over breakfast on our last morning we saw a dolphin in the water behind the house! We are going to find a way to come back soon, but until then, EVERYONE SHOULD BOOK THIS HOME! You will not be disappointed.

Paradise Found! A Luxurious Escape with Top-Notch Amenities.

We were hoping for a nice place to stay on our family vacation in Marco Island. Camp Joy was beyond anything we could have hoped for. The moment we stepped inside we were greeted by a stunning and luxurious space. The house has wonderful furnishings, tasteful decorations, high-end appliances, open entertainment spaces, and top-notch amenities. It was clear that no detail had been overlooked, and everything felt brand new and impeccably maintained. It was a perfect place to stay. As if this amazing house was not enough, our communication with Mike and Sarah was friendly, courteous, and always very responsive. The entire process was stress-free and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. We can’t wait to return!
