Surrounded by protected mangroves that provide endless trails for amazing kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing on those windy days when you can't get offshore. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, excellent shelling, world class fishing, boating and fantastic golfing. This meticulous property is in the heart of Marco minutes away from amazing restaurants and endless shopping for you to enjoy.
This home is equipped with boat dock with elevator and jet ski lifts. They require an extra fee. Three car garage to accommodate for extra guests. Fantastic house had everything we needed for out spring break trip! Host was very accommodating getting items delivered to us next day we requested like waffle iron bar blow up beds. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect. Extremely clean and stocked with everything and anything you might need. Exactly as pictured in photos, if not nicer in person. Dan was very helpful with any questions or requests we had during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool so much that we did not spend enough time at the beach which is also just minutes away. We will definitely be back!

House was absolutely incredible. This was the BEST vacation ever and we would highly recommend this property! We will be back! Host is VERY nice and easy to work with. Anniversary Vacation

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at this property and we love it! The experience staying in this home is so relaxing. The house and property are immaculate and all furnishings are top of the line. We are looking forward to returning and taking advantage of the new dock!

Fantastic in every way!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Fratelli. Came for a long weekend to attend a wedding and it was perfect for our group. Loved that all the bedrooms were en-suite. The outdoor space was luxurious. Hosts were super communicative (thank you, Dan!) and so helpful. The house was well stocked, immaculate, and very high-end. Would love to return to Bella Fratelli, and we highly recommend it to people of all age groups.

This property is top-notch in every way! It is a beautifully designed and furnished home, with every amenity imaginable. We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday with grandparents here and found ourselves opting to stay “home” more often than not to enjoy this peaceful and luxurious place. Dan was the consummate host and ensured that every aspect of our stay was exemplary. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we are already looking forward to next time!

I did not want to leave! This house has it all!! There is a full bathroom for each bedroom in-suite with a half bath for the house. This house is amazing and just stunning. The owner is very hospitable and could not be nicer. The home is beyond well stocked from plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and really anything you think you would need. I’ve never seen an home more stocked than this one. All of the items in the home are top notch. The pool and jacuzzi are big and easy to control temperature wise. The home was extremely clean. All appliances were in great shape. The beach and great restaurants are minutes away. I could go on and on how much we enjoyed our experience. We have rented many homes over the years for vacations and this one beats them all by a lot. I plan on returning in the future and recommend anyone wanting to visit Marco Island to look no further than this home.

Wonderful accommodations!

The property is beautiful and very well appointed. There is an abundance of linens, utensils, dishes, etc. The boat lift worked well with my 24’ dual console. Dan was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Marco Island.

Wow!! So rare to find a home where the host genuinely care about making sure their guest have everything they could possibly need and then some. We had 4 generations staying together and every age group was thoughtfully considered right down to our puppy. Dan and Michelle we had such an incredible stay at your house. It was spotless, spacious and beautiful. The summer kitchen and pool was so perfect for our group that we never left the house!! If you’re planning on going to Marco Island all you need to bring is yourselves and some clothes. The host will take care of the rest. We’re definitely coming back and bringing the boat for the next family staycation. Thank you for sharing the Bella Fratelli and creating such a welcoming space. Amazing property!

This was such a great experience! We loved the home and the ease of checking in/out. Dan was phenomenal at communicating with us. We stayed with our four kids. So much room for families! The pool alarm was a nice addition to turn on in the evening when we were done swimming for peace of mind. The home was clean and well thought out. Beds were super comfortable! I would stay again and again!
