The amenities in this 275 unit complex include 2 Olympic-size swimming pools, two hot tubs, boat docks, marina, three tennis courts, shuffleboard and gas grills convenient to each building. Second floor, so not the beautiful view the higher floors get, but easier to spot the dolphins on the river! Unit is for sale, so some inconvenience when being shown. No WiFi, another very big inconvenience, and we miss having DVR or at least a VCR, but happy there is a DVD player. Very comfortable King bed, and adequate closet and drawer space for our extended stays.
