The "SEA-ESTA BEACH" is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the public beach access and several local restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is West facing which provides sun all day long. The screened in lanai area is very private and provides a wonderful setting with a heated pool, pool toys, Hot Tub, Weber Grill, and spacious outdoor seating and dinning area. The patio doors open wide for extra living space!
The garage houses all of the equipment (wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys) needed to enjoy the beautiful Marco Island beach and amazing sunsets!
All of the amenities are included such as: central air, linens, washer & dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, iron & Ironing board, alarm clock, 4 adult bikes and 2 bikes and helmets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and every gadget needed to prepare a delicious meal. For those traveling with little ones we also have a pack and play with extra padded mattress, highchair, walker, tub and baby blankets and towels. For family enjoyment, we have lots of games, puzzles and books.

We had an amazing stay at this Marco Island property. The house is ideally located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Maritza and Jeff, the hosts, were wonderful and extremely responsive. From the initial booking to offering helpful recommendations about the area, they made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was perfect. This was our second stay at this home and as before, everything was perfect. 5 stars isn’t enough. The property is located on the south west area of the island which makes it walking distance to many restaurants and shops and also to public access to the beautiful south end of Marco beach. The house is immaculate and has a south facing pool and hot tub that make it hard to want to leave the backyard. On top of all that, the homeowner provided excellent communication and we had quick responses to any questions. You would not be disappointed with this rental.

This house was absolutely perfect for our week on Marco. It is so very clean and comfortable that we didn't want to leave. It is very well appointed and we did not want for anything! This was our first stay on Marco Island and we did not know much about the location. It is in a great spot and a very short walk to the beach. It is also very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants.The host is an absolute gem. She was very diligent in responding to any questions that we had.Do not hesitate to book this home for your Marco vacation. It is a great home.

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The location was perfect just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen especially was very well stocked. The outside living space was also stunning! The house was perfect for my family. We stayed two weeks and had a great time. It was very clean, had everything you will need, and is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Naples and the Everglades. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fantastic week in Marco Island at this beautiful home! Everything is updated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool and patio are fantastic.
