Booked for the backyard and pool and it was great. Only issue is the pigeons and fearhers which they tried to avoid with owls. Inside of house was great. Master bedroom was very nice.

Was there to visit family. Location was great next to restaurants and grocery stores. Property was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool while we were there. Also enjoy the fire pit and used the grill. Very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Will stay again if we come back to visit.

Fantastic stay in Maricopa

House was in the best neighborhood in Maricopa, so we felt totally safe. The house is nice- a little too dark for me with too much decor on the walls, but very comfortable. Outside area was great fun for visiting grandkids. Master was wonderful- very spacious, comfortable king, fantastic bathroom with very good lighting and a great shower. More than adequate towels, kitchen area well provided for, but unless you are accustomed to a gas stove, you will be eating out. I couldn't figure it out and didn't want to bother the hosts, so I had the week off from cooking. No complaints here! I would rent again in a heartbeat. There is nothing negative about this place.

Oasis is a true oasis

At first just getting to the subdivision (Cobblestone Farms) was great. Could tell immediately that the neighborhood was very upscale. Walking into the house was surreal. Pool able right away. Then going to the back yard. Pool Putting green great just to sit outside. Beds comfy. all was great. We have decided that if the cards plays here again and the house is available, we will rent again

Perfect Spring Break Get-Away for Family with Teens

This property was wonderful. Beautiful heated pool, outdoor fire pit, putting green, grill area and pool table. The interior was modern, clean and well-kept. Frank was an excellent property manager with top notch communication. Many great memories were made here.

Quiet, relaxing stay

We stayed for a week at this property in early March 2024. Loved the quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking trails available. House was very comfortable and all the amenities we needed. Used the putting green everyday which we really enjoyed. There was a hiccup with the pool, but the owner was very reachable and easy to work with and made it right in the end. The only thing we commented to each other on was that it was maybe a little further out of the phoenix suburbs then we thought so it was a liittle more of a drive to do some of the things we wanted to do. Maricopa does have plenty of eating choices and there are a couple of golf courses and the casino for other activities.
