VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.

HOUSE RULES:
1. No extra guests or visitors not on the reservation. Unapproved guests result in immediate cancellation without refund. Extra Guest Fee: 25 per guest over the 2nd guest.
2. Check-in: 4PM, Check-out: 10AM. Early/late requests subject to fees. Unauthorized late checkout incurs up to 1 night charge.
3. No pets allowed on the property.
4. No smoking or candles inside. Outdoor smoking allowed 25ft from doors. Violation fee: 250.
5. Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM. No outdoor noise or music. Disturbing neighbors may result in cancellation without refund.
6. No commercial photo/video shoots without prior approval and licensing fees.
7. No parties or events without written approval.
8. Guests must allow vendor access for maintenance/repairs; we will notify you beforehand.
9. No glitter/confetti. Please clean up decorations. Excessive mess fee: 500.
10. No illegal internet use. Connectivity not guaranteed due to external factors.
11. Reschedule requests are treated as cancellations. Requests within 14 days must cancel and rebook per policy.
12. Surveillance active at doorbell, driveway, and front gate. No cameras in private/indoor spaces.
13. Max 4 cars in driveway. Street parking allowed; do not block neighboring driveways.
14. Report damages immediately. Unreported damage fee: 100 per item plus repair costs.
15. Traveler’s insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen issues.
16. Remove trash, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy before checkout.

Failure to follow these rules constitutes a breach of contract, resulting in immediate cancellation without refund and potential damages.
