The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We found the breakfast to have a variety of options to satisfy everyone. No elevators, so keep in mind, and request a first floor room, if steps are not an option for you. Otherwise, we would recommend :)

Awesome!!!!!

Awesome hotel, the best we have been at in a very long time! We travel for business and try to get a middle of the road price point for the area and this was way above expectations for us!! Very clean, nice rooms with big fridge, great lobby and gift area. Amazing pool and hot tub hours as well as nice bar with food truck. Most places close bar at 9pm and pool at 10pm, this was great to have extended hours since we don't get back from business till after 9 most places. We will be back to this place again!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting the area. The hotel overall was Okay (outdated, basic, clean enough) except for the AWFUL MUSTY smell! The carpet in our room was damp and the room smelled terrible. We had to sleep with the window open all night. Which wasn't a comforting option since it was ground level by the parking lot. I asked to switch rooms but the guy at the front desk said the hotel was full. He didn't seem surprised about the complaint and offered to spray frebreze on the carpeting. We left our shoes on the entire time and purposely stayed out of the room until we had to use it to shower and sleep. The only better options in the area had no rooms available, otherwise we would have left. The owner clearly knows there is an issue and is refusing to fix it. Needless to say, we don't recommend coming here and will not be returning.

Disappointed

The location is great for exploring pictured rocks, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the place is old and not very comfortable. The ac is incredibly loud. We had to turn it off one night because of the noise, so we had to either put up with the noise or the hot humid weather. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. For the price, I expected better.
