Mary does a great job and is very nice; totally like checking in when she is there! Had door hanger "do not disturb" on door but housekeeping came in anyway which concerned me a bit. We stay here frequently because it's a convenient location. However, the bed we had this past time was awful. I'm guessing it was old but not sure. Our backs were killing us! Other than that, good to go-

Very pleasant stay. I was working in Hancock, MD. Hotel was very clean and your Staff is top tier! The only issue I had was the mattress in room 115 really needs to be replaced. I think it has enough miles on it. Lol

Had an excellent stay. Check in was easy and the room was very clean with complimentary soap, coffee, breakfast. The AC and warm water made the experience comfortable. Location is great for exploring the charming Berkeley Springs. Would defiantly stay again!

Good experience...the room was clean, ample parking, next to a delicious restaurant and it is close to Berkley Springs state park. We went in the winter so it was pretty quite. The beds squeak when you first get in them, but the mattresses were comfortable. Our breakfast check out day didn't have all of the offerings the previous morning. I'm guessing there were fewer guests based on the parking lot. Still enough to satisfy us though. Coffee, hot water and regular water was available all day!! The was really great : )

It was worth the cost. Breakfast was actually very good ~ lots of choices, well done. Bath was a bit dated and bed was squeaky. Great for what we needed ~ late night stop at an inexpensive cost. All workers were super helpful and friendly
