Great location, fenced-in backyard, with plenty of sleeping arrangements. We traveled with our dog and he had plenty of space in the backyard. The house is a duplex which I don't recall seeing anywhere on the post. It wasn't an issue for us but we were expecting to have our own house. The only complaint I have was that there are so many different sleeping arrangements that the layout of rooms don't make sense. The couch is in the dining room with no TV instead of in the living room. So watching TV in the living room on the daybed was very odd and not the most comfortable. But we made it work for the weekend! It was perfect for what we needed.

Football hall of fame, HS graduation and concert extended weekend.

Just needed a place to shower and sleep close to a friends house, this worked out perfect.
