Exceptional anniversary getaway.

Great alternative to staying in downtown Cleveland. Safe and secure location. Wonderful atmosphere for seniors. Walking distance to museums and botanical garden. Great hot breakfast included with stay. Excellent concierge service. Nice small bar on the premises.

Great stay. Comfortable and clean room. Just outside of the congested Cleveland city area. Close enough to take a 10 minute ride into town but far enough away to have some peace and quiet.

This is a beautiful old historic hotel. It was clean, quiet and staff excellent. Loved saying out of the center of town. Walking distance to excellent little Italy restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The only negative comment that we have is that the woman who is servicing breakfast both days that we were there spoke on her phone almost the entire time. She walked around the area talking loudly and clearly there was no emergent need to. It was annoying and it made her less approachable. The concierge James was very very helpful. The bartender was good as was the woman who checked us in. All the other stuff that we saw in the Halls were very communicative and approachable. The dining area is quiet and peaceful but the staff person speaking on her phone interrupted that. Everyone else was fabulous and courteous. The grounds were lovely, the room was comfortable. We would definitely like to go back.
