Ours was a one-night stay, and we were treated, across the spectrum, as if we were regulars who stayed for weeks at a time. It's nice to feel respected and attended to in such a professional and caring environment. It is clear the people who work here are all about customer service and customer satisfaction. The next time our travel plans bring us to Cleveland, Ohio we will definitely make this Westin our go to accomodation.

The initial young woman at check in was not friendly. However, the young woman a little later upon checking in was nice. The side mirror in the bathroom was off the hinges, light in shower did not work. Lady at check out was friendly. Gentleman helping with bags was friendly.

Idea location for the full experience of Cleveland. The city is at your doorstep. The hotel has high customer service expectations and achieves them. I felt very comfortable, it was clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff was friendly and engaging. The staff truly enjoyed working at the Westin. The kind of hotel I like to stay in when in the City.

Staff was very inattentive and not helpful. We asked valet where we could buy a bottle of wine and get a drink, answe “I don’t know” and he made I attempt to find out. We told front desk at 1100 we’re goi gmout for day and would like our room made up. We returned at 9 pm and still room not made up. Toilet flusher dirty and had the cleaning solution in it. Went to bar mass and agave, walked in , 4 staff laughing g around bar , didn’t tell us we needed to come to bar and get our own drinks so we left and found another bar. Have never experienced this almost disdain for hotels guest. Would not recommend to anyone

We drove a long way today to get to Cleveland. Hotel manager, Ed, checked us in. He was courteous and very accommodating to all our requests. Our room is perfect, clean and overlooks the lake! We’re sure we’ll be getting a great night’s rest tonight!
