Room was dirty especially near and under the bed. The toilet kept running throughout our entire stay. The elevators were dirty and parking lot is horrible. People do not know how to park nor how to act civilized in public. Need better management.

The staff was wonderful! The property is certainly dated. The heat was on and off throughout a very cold night, there was intermittent connectivity to cable in the room, not to mention no SmartTv and room service was exorbitantly priced for a meal that arrived luke warm in a paper bag with plastic utensils.
