The room was comfortable and quiet, and the gym was very well equipped. I do not understand why the design choice was made to have a bathroom door with a window in it and no closure/locking mechanism. Aside from that, the room was good.

Had to wait over 2 hours for check in for business trip! Staff laughed and said yeah it’s been busy and that was it. Unacceptable as therefore I didn’t get the full stay that I paid for.. the large crowd for the sporting event should’ve been expected as the prices for the rooms were priced accordingly. Closing female bartender was extremely rude. I ordered a drink 30 mins before closing and she asked if I were a guest in the hotel and proceed to say several times they were about to close…in 30 mins! Male staff was polite and continued serving guests and made a last call 10 minutes before close. Disappointed in this stay. Not typical for the Westin brand

We got a city view king bedroom. Very clean and cozy hotel. Location is ideal with only a short walking distance from the downtown square. Be prepared to pay steep prices if you want to park in the parking building tho! Courteous and friendly front desk staff. Definitely worth the price I paid (minus the parking)
