Our two night stay was good. The property is a good value for the money. All employees were very cordial. The free, hot breakfast was good and well stocked. The hotel is also located in close proximity to many area attractions (Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Field House, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff

Love the proximity to arena and rock hall. Surface lot parking. Helpful staff. Got a 5th floor corner room overlooking theater district. Have stayed here twice and hope to return.

The place had what we needed for the time. Breakfast was an actual heated plenty of options and enough meal. Our only complaint was that Subway is underneath and could smell that as soon as we walked in our room and until they closed.

Great location

Went to Guardians game, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and Browns-Bengals game. Walked to all. Liked the parking arrangement, with surface lot at hotel.

It’s 509 am and I am out in my car. The room smells so much like smoke from the people smoking near the entrances or in their room I couldn’t even breathe. I’m outside for at least another hour and I will try to go back in. I tried to fall asleep and less than in hour after getting in I couldn’t stand to breathe anymore. I started panicking and getting short of breath. Thsts never happened before because I avoid places where there is smoking. I going to ask my credit card if they can dispute these charges. I asked for a nonsmoking room. This is unbearable.
