The room had a dirty wet towel in the closet .there was a chunk of hair in the dirty shower. The blinds would not open . There was no coffee with the keurig. I explained to the front desk how dirty the room was clean. She apologized and said she would take care of it but I unfortunately not for us. And i still have a deposit pending after it was already taken ofg our acct. It has now reappeared as pending.care of it but unf take care fo it. Unf

PAID $350 A NIGHT FOR A BASIC ROOM AND PARKING WAS NOT EVEN INCLUDED. PARKING SHOULD NOT COST EXTRA. PARKING SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

Thank you for the feedback. We are one of the cheapest parking in Downtown Cleveland. We do not own the parking lot, so we do have to charge for parking.

Our room was not available when we arrived after 4pm as expected. We waited for 1.5 hrs and it was still not available. We finally checked our luggage with the front desk and went to the baseball game. We finally checked in after the game after 10pm. Disappointing and aggravating.

We do apologize that you had to wait to get into your room. We understand how aggravating it is to have to wait to get into your room after check in. We were working as quickly as possible to get all of the rooms in.

Hotel was amazing. Very clean and spacious. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. He even suggested some places to eat. Would def recommend and will be staying here again.
