The only problem I had was the room I booked wasn’t available at the property (booked a king bed suite) I was down graded to a two queen bed room without any compensation back for the downgrade.

King Suite was in very poor condition. The carpet was wet in between the "living" space and the "bedroom" space. My bathroom smelled like someone had just had a poo right before I got there, a smell that persisted through both my nights there. The couch looked like it had never once been cleaned. And the room was full of light switches that did absolutely nothing. Every lamp had to be turned on by hand and weren't controlled by the light switches in any way
