The unit itself is very nice. Roomy and clean. However, there is a bar that runs music all night which can be heard through the walls and a large construction right next door which starts at 7 AM and can be heard as if the workers are in the unit. The listing itself was very misleading as it states there is onsite parking and a washer and dryer. There is no onsite parking. It’s is one block away in a hotel that costs an additional 12 a day. There is no washer and dryer although the concierge will take your laundry in the morning and wash and dry it in the same day.

Perfect property for our family of four (mom, dad, 2 teenage kids). Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom (3x of each). Modern, clean, well-designed. Lovely place with immediate access to El Poblado and Provenza, easy walking distance to farmers market & Metro. Hot tub was great, no issues with anything functional in the property... everything is new and works great.One minor issue, not with the property and only a coincidence of when we stayed there. There is a lot of construction in and around Provenza right now, and in El Poblado generally. This is a great sign that an already thriving neighborhood is continuing to improve. It was a bit of a havoc during the day, but we were out doing stuff during that time anyway. The construction noise and nightclub liveliness all fade away when you shut the door to your bedroom and turn on your in-room air conditioning. I slept like a baby every night and was never disturbed by the noise in any way. But those that are very sensitive to the slightest sound might notice.So I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. I think the construction situation is a temporary feature, beyond the control of the property manager, and didn't reduce the quality of my stay at all. Property manager was HIGHLY responsive and always helpful. Five of five stars, and if it were a ten-star system, I'd give it ten of ten.

Beautiful unit

Best unit in the building with jacuzzi and outdoor area for breakfast. The people working there are very accommodating. It is walking distance to all the nice restaurants, clubs, and bars in poblado but far enough that you don’t hear any of the commotion when you want to sleep. The perfect accommodation.

Amazing Property

This property was absolutely amazing. I loved how spacious the living area was and all the bedrooms have ample spaces with their own bathrooms. The location is impossible to beat. I will absolutely be trying to stay here for an upcoming trips to Medellin I have.

Good booking

We had a nice time staying here overall. The property manager and front desk personnel were all very helpful. We had some issues getting the jacuzzi to work for a day and a half but was eventually resolved. Great neighborhood and easily walkable to all locations in Poblado.
