PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest and visitor must be registered before arrival via link and must show his Passport or valid ID at the building`s entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
3)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no parties of any type are allowed.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified and will be charged.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed but you have to be careful.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ANY DRUG ABUSE, MINOR TRAFFICKING OR PEOPLE TRAFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF UNDERAGE TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE PURPOSES IS STRICTLY FORVIDEN
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys or card inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
14) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please throw the trash of the apartment in the chute and leave the keys or card in the lobby. Make sure to let us know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
