Everything in this hotel was exceptional, i wish it had a pool but other than that it was a perfect stay. All the staff including our cleaning lady was so nice and breakfast was delicious!

Terrible service, checkin staff was rude and incompetent. No help with luggage, no help with parking, no information about facilities. Room had no towels, no toilet paper and toilet was clogged. Way too many coincidences to just be bad luck, just poor training and bad management.

La habitación es linda. Sin embargo, hace falta un poco de servicio al cliente en el aérea de recepción. El día del check-in lo mencioné, no dan el mejor servicio al cliente ya que la respuesta a varias solicitudes fue un NO directo sin siquiera preguntar si era posible - uno de ellos, emitir factura por el pago realizado.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff very friendly. Unfortunately the cafeteria service is only available until 3:00 pm. Even though there is a restaurant that opens for dinner the menu may not please all guests. Some times you are not ready for a fancy dinner.
