Fully gut renovated brand new 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom private home with hot tub. Located in Poblado, the house is walking distance to Parque LLeras and Provenza. The house includes a staff for daily cleaning and cooking from 8am to 4pm.

The house had 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and a capacity of 10 people. There is 1 king bed and 4 queens making the stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom has its own closet, safe, and private bathroom. The bathrooms are large and equipped with hot water.

This is the best value in town. Priced as an apartment but this is a fully private home with its own entrance.

This is the only home that includes staff in your rental price as well

Enjoyed our time at this property in Medellin

Overall, the experience was good:1. Julan, the host was very responsive2. The house inside was good as advertised-4 bedrooms with 4 attached bathrooms3. A large supermarket was close by which was very convenient4. The ladies who prepared breakfast for us and who cleaned the house did a great job. However, none of them spoke English, so we had to use Google translate to communicate with them5. Upstairs there was a Karaoke bar which stayed open late after midnight and created a lot of noise which bothered some in our group.6. The location was some issue-no parking space-on a very busy main road-Uber drivers had trouble finding the place.

unprofessional and invasive experience

I had a deeply disappointing experience during my stay. When we arrived at 3:30 PM, the housekeeper was still cleaning the house, which was already unprofessional. On top of that, she was cooking and eating, which was both unacceptable and unsanitary. To make matters worse, she left a literal mountain of bed sheets and bath towels inside the washer and dryer. We had to remove them to wash our own clothes, and due to lack of space, we had to leave them in the living room.Things escalated on the morning of our checkout. I informed the host about an emergency, one of the kids needing a dentist visit and politely requested a 1 hour late checkout. The host agreed without issue. However, at 9 AM, while some of us were cooking breakfast in the kitchen and living room, the housekeeper entered the house without knocking or notifying us. This felt like a major invasion of privacy. Initially, we thought it was the group returning from the dentist because who else would enter without knocking?When we explained to the housekeeper that we had received an extension, she dismissed it outright, claiming it wasn’t possible. It looked like the housekeeper and the host do not communicate. She insisted she needed the house by 11 AM, adding that we could leave our luggage but nothing else. She even called the host and began speaking negatively about us, accusing us of complaining and creating issues. At that point, we were so frustrated that we decided to leave immediately. Do not stay here!
