The staff was nice but not very helpful. The property is nice but service was limited. They often didnt have room service items available on the menu. The taxi they booked was a no show. They charged me for an item I did not take from the mini bar. The breakfast was really good though.

We had a late check in due to our flight and when we asked if we could have a late check out the staff said it should not be a problem, but the night before us leaving they said we would have to ask in the morning (even though it was 10pm at the time) and when asked in the morning (7am) they said they were booked full and then proceeded to remind us that check out was at 12 ( we barley saw any other guests the whole stay). We also wanted to get dinner that night at the hotel so we could get to sleep early so we could explore a little before our flight but to our surprise they were hosting a wedding and couldn’t accommodate us. The WiFi barely worked, and every time you left the property you would have to disconnect and sign back in or the WiFi wouldn’t have internet connection. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially at the price they charge for the rooms.
