Had a wonderful time!

It was a short trip for my family attending a memorial service at the Empty Cross and the views are gorgeous. It’s very quiet and peaceful. My young boys loved exploring, seeing deer, scorpions and swimming in the pool.

The cabin was clean and cute. No bathrooms in the room but the shared bathrooms were not that far off a walk and clean.

Pictures on site show other cabins. The pool was a mile a way. No restroom and ad showed restroom. It showed a lake and it’s a dirty pond. Staff were rude, never again. We only stayed due to it was late a roads are bad. So if you like walking to a shared restroom and shower.in the middle of the night then it’s for you!

I love the views it was beautiful. The cabin was great a few things i wish i knew before, which i didn't read on the Expedia website. Not all cabins have restrooms and i had to pay a $100 upgrade.

This place is beautiful! We arrived after a long hot day at the softball fields, and they had our cabin cold for us, which is exactly what we needed! Cant wait to come back for ablonger stay!

We stayed in the budget cabin. It didn't have a restroom, bed wasn't comfortable, but the AC was cold. Power went out due to a thunderstorm but at overall it was an OK stay. There is nothing around but they have an office that gas snacks & pizza but doesn't stay open late.

Perfect little gem in the hills. Especially for families and/or bikers doing the Twisted Sister roads. Read everything! This is the ultimate camping experience and some cabins have shared bathrooms. Great staff! If you do not want to travel back to town for food, they have pizza to purchase and a decent amount of snacks to purchase. Cabin was cute, clean, just right! The view from the back porch couldnt be beat. The pool was huge with a great view. Not overly crowded and big enough tp spread out. Will definitely come back!

Great vacation spot

Had a great time in a very nice little cabin. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely happy with the reservation for a room with a little kitchenette so we could cook. I’m glad we came with the idea of getting disconnected from everything back home as the WiFi was nonexistent in the cabin. If you’re planning to visit, either go to a common area or download whatever you need before coming. The WiFi wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend trying this spot out if you’re interested in a cabin in the Hill Country. We’ll be back in Fall or Winter!

Arrived, had booked a cabin with 3 beds but was given one with only 2 beds. Arrived later in the day, tired after a long drive. Had trouble finding staff area to check-in. Once we got out room we walked in only to find the beds were a mess from previous guests. Linen wasn’t changed and used towels thrown everywhere in the room. We left after this, horrible experience!

The area is beautiful...the details need to be clearer... We thought we had a cabin with private bath.. but there was no private bath it was a community bathroom. No coffee shop not open yet that we could see. It is a beautiful place and clean.
