Good things? Clean, tidy, acceptable. Very quiet. Detractors? Dated/tired, exhaust fan in bathroom sucked cold air from hallway into room. Flywire screen bent almost in half and not fitting window. Greatest challenge? Unaware that I would have to climb a set of stairs with my 2 x 23 kg suitcases to reach my room.

The room was of good standing except the tv didn't have an ariel cable so no channels but the receptionist Sarah was very happy to help and got it sorted immediately. All in all a good place to stay.

Extremely good value staying here! Great area right near Knox Westfield. Spa bath and pool included for inexpensive nightly rate. While not a fancy hotel, it had basic luxuries on a budget. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Woukd definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Older style hotel that’s nice and clean with lovel

It’s an older hotel but very clean. The staff and service are fantastic. Pool is great. Close to a major shopping centre and public transport. Area is safe with plenty of dining options close by.
